Sesema PR seeks to employ a dynamic and self –motivated Executive Assistant. The individual would report directly to the MD/CEO, must have international exposure and an educational background in Law or International Relations.
Job Role
*. Oversee and manage itinerary, calendar and movement schedule
*.Should possess high level business presentation skills to attend meetings/industry events
*.Good communication skills to respond to correspondence and enquiries
*.Personal arrangements and assistance to CEO
*.Send regular reports and activity updates
*.Managing logistics and protocol activities
*.Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
The individual must be methodical and well organized with a good disposition for work. Some specific skills include:
*.At least 5 years experience as a personal assistant
*.An analytical mind
*.The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure
*.A high level of confidentiality
*.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*.The flexibility and willingness to learn
*.The ability to work accurately, with attention to details
*.Managerial and operational skills
