The person: The individual must be highly creative, well spoken, must possess good writing and presentation skills, must have a positive and can-do attitude and must be result oriented. He/she must be able to effectively manage a team and must be personable and can act as an ambassador for the agency across all touch-points.
Responsibilities:
*. Drafting annual and project proposals for clients with limited Account Director's/MD's input (including budgets)
*.Delivering exemplary client service for all clients
*.Have a strong working relationship with clients
*.Developing a strong knowledge of your clients' business, their competitors and relevant industry bodies
*.Identifying key messages and audiences and developing a communications plan
*.Delivering projects and campaigns against briefs
*.Client satisfaction
*. Understanding the financial side of each account, the allocated hours per month vs. actual fee and the resulting servicing levels
*.Actively developing relationships with clients and be seen as main point of contact on the account
*. Identifying relevant opportunities to secure organic growth
*. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate members of the media
*.Keeping abreast of market trends, client needs and competitive offers
*.Producing review presentations and presenting face-to-face to client
*.Generate leads for new business
*.Display an effective knowledge of the Nigerian print, electronic and online media, particularly those that impact client activities
*.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
*.Manage the team effectively and promote team members morale and attitude to work
*.Lead brainstorming sessions
*.Ensure that services delivered to clients is as proposed
Evaluation
The individual employed will be evaluated based on the underlisted among other things:

*.Client retention and conversion of projects to retainer
*.Client satisfaction with service - PR programs, coverage, new opportunities for exposure etc.
*.Achieving clients objectives within a specific time and approved budget
*.Good relationship with the media, clients and staff

*.New business development or leads
*.Taking initiative and responsibility for any job assigned
