Job description
Responsibilities:
As the Lead Project Controller you will have the following responsibilities :
Cost Controller:
Use of Oracle
Able to take estimate develop CBS (WBS) for cost tracking from the proposed estimate
Able to use Earned Value
Able to Forecast
Able to provide assistance with mitigation plans
Self-starter and can work independently
Scheduling :
Knowledge of Primavera
Complete understanding of CPM Scheduling methodology
Develop a detailed EPC schedule
Create Histograms and S-Curves from the schedule and cost data
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Relevant degree or appropriate experience
A pro-active approach to solving problems and getting the job done
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability would be an advantage.
